Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's overall operating strategy, ensuring the achievement and sustained growth of business objectives.
- Coordinate and optimize resources from various departments, streamline internal processes, and enhance cross-departmental collaboration efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor daily operating data, analyze key indicators, submit regular reports and propose improvement suggestions.
- Drive project implementation and execution, follow up progress and results, and ensure high-quality completion of all tasks on time.
- Assist in the establishment and improvement of operational management systems and standardized processes, and enhance organizational operating norms.
Work requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree or above, business administration, marketing, economics, etc. Relevant professional is preferred.
- More than 3 years of operations management-related work experience, those with team management experience are preferred.
- Familiar with enterprise operation process, with strong data analysis and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively promote cross-departmental cooperation and solve practical problems.
- Active and proactive work, strong stress resistance, and able to adapt to rapidly changing business environments.
