Wireless design and simulation personnel

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for indoor, outdoor and tunnel wireless signal coverage design, conduct on-site reconnaissance and measurement work to ensure coverage meets the standard. According to the actual scene requirements, plan the antenna installation method and position, and complete the 5G wireless coverage solution design. Specifically, it includes end-to-end wireless side base station system design (BBU to antenna end), drawing related professional diagrams such as antenna diagram, RCP antenna diagram, system diagram and link budget, etc. Participate in large-scale project reconnaissance and design, and be familiar with CAD, Visio, etc. Drawing tools. Responsible for LTE, SA/NSA C-Band and mmWave 5G base station and coverage design, provide RSRP, SINR, Sector Plan, DL/UL throughput, etc. Simulation data. Assist in completing simple signal testing and report analysis, update related design documents and statistical files. Repeated reconnaissance and design optimization work is carried out according to the owner's needs to ensure construction accuracy.

Requirements:
Applicants must have a university degree or above, be familiar with the main equipment and antenna deployment of wireless base stations, and at least master the configuration method of one mainstream equipment manufacturer. Have good interpersonal and management skills, be able to effectively communicate owner needs and develop solutions. Applicants with construction industry safety card and worker registration certificate will be given priority. Be able to adapt to flexible working hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm during the day, 10:00 am to 7:00 am the next day) and possible overtime based on project progress. Have the ability to use wireless testing tools to perform signal testing and analysis, and be familiar with English reading and writing skills. Applicants with large-scale project reconnaissance and design experience and team management experience are preferred. Be familiar with wireless signal coverage design in various scenarios and be able to independently complete the main equipment configuration solution. Applicants with simulation software usage experience will be given priority.
