[Bank office in Tseung Kwan O] Maintenance technician (6 days work rotation)

<p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p>- Responsible for regular inspection, maintenance and repair of various equipment (including property, power, air conditioning, etc. facilities), ensuring normal operation</p><p>- Perform high-quality and safe preventive and corrective maintenance work</p><p>- Assist in following up on project engineering, ensure the project is completed smoothly</p><p>- Process emergency maintenance services, quick response and problem solving</p><p></p><p>- Follow customer and supervisor's work instructions and arrangements</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>- Have experience in maintaining and repairing shopping malls or office buildings</p><p>- Proactive, responsible, professional, and polite</p><p>- Good communication skills and team spirit</p><p>- Able to use basic English and Mandarin for daily communication</p><p></p><p>Working hours:</p><p>- One week, six days of work, early/late/midnight shift</p><p></p>
