Job Description

Bank teller position

Location: Hong Kong (multiple branches)

Immediate employment is preferred

We are partnering with a leading financial institution in Hong Kong to recruit enthusiastic bank tellers to join its busy branch team. This long-term position provides excellent customer service opportunities for those who enjoy a fast-paced bank environment.

Main responsibilities

• Accurately process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments, while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.

• Provide friendly counter services, answer inquiries, and promote bank products such as electronic services and accounts to enhance customer experience.

• Support branch operations, comply with compliance guidelines, and discover cross-selling opportunities through interaction.

Entry Requirements

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above

• 6-12 months of cashier, customer service or retail sales experience; fluent in Chinese and English (Mandarin is best)

• Careful, customer-oriented, strong in digital skills, and positive attitude.
