Job Description
Duties include:
- Parent company accounting: Assist in completing parent company accounting and reconciliation
- Group merger management: Assist in the review of parent and subsidiary accounts, compile group consolidated financial statements, and output financial summary and analysis materials.
- Daily management support: Optimize financial accounting processes, group-based financial work, and assist in budget, funds and business operation data analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, and auditing related fields.
- More than 5 years of cross-border and group financial experience, familiar with consolidation of financial statements, parent-subsidiary accounting control, and year-end closing process.
- Holding CPA, ACCA, etc. accounting related qualifications is preferred.
- Proficient in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and auditing compliance standards.
- Priority will be given to those with experience in large groups and the Big Four accounting firms;
- Familiar with cross-border merger and consolidation accounting is preferred.
