Hong Kong School Selection Planner

Job Responsibilities

• Provide detailed consultation services on the Hong Kong education system and various schools (elementary, middle, and high) to customers, answering questions related to application procedures, transfer processes, etc.
• Based on students’ personal background, academic level, and family needs, we will design personalized school selection plans and follow up the application progress throughout the process to ensure successful enrollment.
• Instantly respond to customer inquiries, proactively understand their latest needs, provide professional advice, and maintain long-term good customer relationships.
• Regularly organize and update information on various schools in Hong Kong, including admission policies, entry requirements, interview formats, and competition situations.
• Collaborate with sales team to provide professional support, including data analysis, school recommendation basis, etc., to improve conversion rate and service quality.

Work requirements

• Fluent in Cantonese, with excellent communication and expression skills, able to interact efficiently with parents; good in Mandarin, with good English skills, those who are fluent in English are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or above, Hong Kong university graduates or those with local education industry experience are given priority.
• Have solid education consulting or relevant field practical experience, be able to accurately evaluate students’ situations and match them with appropriate schools.
