Customer Service Officer (Banking Call Centre)

*Working Hours:* Shift duty (including evenings & weekends)

*Remuneration:* Basic salary + Shift allowance

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries via phone regarding banking and investment services

- Assist with transactions, account management, and product information

- Provide professional support and follow up on customer requests

*Requirements:*

- HKDSE or equivalent

- Must possess or be willing to obtain IIQE & HKSI
