<br>Job Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Responsible for company human resources and administrative management related affairs, coordinate the operation of various departments, and ensure the smooth execution of personnel and administrative work. </li>
<li>Handle employee onboarding, employment, and resignation related procedures, including contract signing, file creation and data maintenance.</li>
<li>Assist in the formulation and improvement of personnel management systems and processes, and promote the implementation of the company's human resources policies.</li>
<li>Coordinate daily administrative affairs, such as office environment management, procurement of office supplies, scheduling of meetings and reception of visitors, etc.</li>
<li>Support recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up on employment processes.</li>

Work requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or above, human resources management, administrative management or Relevant professional is preferred.</li>
<li>Have at least 3 years of experience in human resources or administration, familiar with basic human resources operations, and those with such experience are preferred.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and able to handle basic reports and administrative work.</li>
<li>Have good communication skills and service awareness, be able to effectively collaborate with different departments, handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.</li>
<li>Honest and reliable, proactive and responsible, able to keep company confidential information.</li>
