"Power Platform CSA – Job Description

Role Overview

The candidate will be required to lead Power Platform EDE delivery for mission-critical customers, ensuring high availability, reliability, scalability, and secure operations across complex enterprise environments.

This role is based in Hong Kong and requires fluent English communication as a mandatory requirement.

Required Technical Expertise (Power Platform – L400 Level)

The candidate must demonstrate deep, hands-on expertise in Power Platform at L400 level, including:

• Power Apps - Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps design and architecture - Complex business logic implementation - Performance optimization and scalability considerations

• Power Automate - Advanced cloud flows and business process automation - Integration patterns across Microsoft and third-party systems - Error handling, monitoring, and resiliency design

• Dataverse - Data modeling and security architecture - Role-based access control and environment strategy - Integration with enterprise systems

• Power Platform Governance & ALM - Environment strategy, DLP policies, and governance best practices - Application lifecycle management (ALM) - Deployment pipelines and DevOps integration

• Enterprise-grade Delivery - Designing and operating Power Platform solutions for mission-critical workloads - Operational excellence, reliability, and support readiness Additional Experience (Nice to Have / Plus)

• Dynamics 365 experience (any workload such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Finance & Operations)

• Experience integrating Power Platform with D365

• Ability to speak Chinese and/or Cantonese (strong plus) Candidate Profile – Shortlisting Criteria

• Technical Depth: Proven, hands-on Power Platform delivery experience at L400 level

• Delivery Track Record: Demonstrated success delivering enterprise or mission-critical customer engagements

• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and navigate complex customer and partner environments

• Growth Mindset: Openness to continuous learning, feedback, and evolving platform capabilities Location & Language Requirements (Mandatory)

• Base Location: Hong Kong

• Language: Fluent English (Required)

• Additional languages (Chinese / Cantonese) are a strong advantage Additional Information Any additional information such as additional languages spoken, Power Platform or Microsoft certifications, or security clearance should be clearly highlighted
