Business Development Specialist

<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for the company's marketing and operational work, driving overall transaction volume growth and improving merchant loyalty. </li><li>Continuously maintain and improve our cooperative relationship with target merchants, actively communicate and understand their needs, and timely handle the problems and suggestions raised by merchants to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.</li><li>Execute market research tasks, systematically collect industry dynamics, market trends and competitive information, and then analyze and summarize them to provide reference value to the upper level through reports and improvement suggestions.</li><li>According to market and customer needs, participate in the development of market promotion strategies and activity plans, and co-ordinate and drive their implementation to enhance brand exposure and market share.</li><li>Coordinate internal departments and external cooperative units on communication and resource integration, effectively respond to sudden situations, and ensure smooth operation of business processes.</li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li>College degree or above, marketing, business management or related professional preferred.</li><li>Have at least one year of business development, sales or marketing promotion work experience, those with payment industry or e-commerce field experience are preferred.</li><li>Have good communication skills and interpersonal interaction skills, and be able to effectively establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.</li><li>Have basic market analysis skills, be able to independently collect data and propose feasible suggestions.</li><li>Active and proactive, strong stress resistance, team spirit and problem-solving ability.</li></ul>
