Painting and varnishing technician (paint)

Job Responsibilities

• Independently responsible for wood surface painting work, including color selection and color adjustment, ensuring even and consistent color and meeting design requirements

• Perform indoor and outdoor wall surface plastering and painting, ensuring a smooth and flawless surface

• Install and process wallpaper, accurate matching and joining, avoiding bubbles and wrinkles

• According to the progress of the project, cooperate with the team to complete various painting-related tasks

Work requirements

• Have more than 10 years of experience in varnishing-related work, and be familiar with various types of varnishing techniques

• Able to work independently, with on-site judgment ability, and able to complete color matching and color correction procedures on your own

• Familiar with the use of spray painting equipment, trowel tools and other common painting instruments

• Understand reading simple work diagrams or instructions, and be able to complete designated processes according to requirements

• Fluent Cantonese communication, punctuality and responsibility, and emphasis on construction quality and safety standards
