Leasing Officer

Job Description

Responsible for reviewing lease documents and coordinating lease arrangements, providing professional advice on lease agreements, lease documents and quotations, etc.; at the same time, it is necessary to sort and analyze lease-related data to compile lease reports, and maintain good communication with internal and external relevant units to ensure that lease arrangements are smoothly completed.

Main responsibilities

● Review and process rental agreements/lease agreements, rental documents, quotation forms and related documents, and provide professional advice on rental matters

● Organize, generate and analyze leasing-related data/materials to compile leasing reports and summaries

● Coordinate and follow up with internal departments and external parties on leasing arrangements (such as tenants, agents and partners)

● Follow up on rental process required documents, records and general administrative support work

● Execute other related tasks assigned by the supervisor

Entry Requirements

● Diploma/Associate Degree or above (Business or related sciences preferred)

● Applicants with leasing/property management/real estate/lease document processing related work experience are preferred

● Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively cooperate with different stakeholders

● Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel), those with report processing skills are preferred

● Good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English are preferred
