Financial advisor

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and maintain high net worth customer groups, through professional consultation and long-term relationship management, to enhance customer loyalty and asset allocation depth.

• Based on the customer's financial goals, risk preferences and life cycle stage, integrate market diversified financial products (including insurance, funds, structured investments and retirement planning solutions), and provide customized financial advice.

• Assist customers in completing the investment decision-making process, covering needs analysis, scheme design, risk disclosure, contract signing to transaction execution, ensuring full transparency and compliance throughout the process.

• Continuously implement post-sales service management, regularly review investment portfolio performance, adjust strategies and handle property and liability insurance and claim assistance matters, and strengthen customer trust and satisfaction.

• Strictly comply with the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (IA) and other relevant regulations, fully record each customer interaction detail, risk assessment result and sales document, and ensure compliance and traceability.

Work requirements

• Have a high diploma or associate degree or above, finance, accounting, business or related fields are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, the company provides systematic training and license support.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English for professional communication, able to independently write Chinese and English financial advice letters and client reports.

• Familiar with the Hong Kong insurance market product structure, regulatory framework (such as the Insurance Intermediary Qualification Criteria) and common wealth management tools, those who are familiar with them are preferred.

• Hold or be willing to take the Hong Kong Insurance Association's "Insurance Broker Examination" (IIQE) in the first, third, second, and fourth volumes within six months of employment, and apply for an insurance broker license.
