Requirements:

Second 3, 3 years of relevant work experience, proactive and cheerful, sense of responsibility, easy to get along with, good Cantonese, able to read Chinese

Responsibilities:

Cooking dishes; preparing ingredients; purchasing ingredients, monitoring inventory; compiling menus and designing dishes; monitoring food quality and sanitation; arranging manpower allocation and training employees; managing kitchen operations; assisting other kitchen staff under supervision; supervising sous chefs or below

Working hours:

Working 6 days a week, 9 hours a day, rotating
