AI System Researcher

<p>***Employment contracts can be signed in Hong Kong, but you must accept full-time or most of the time to work in Shenzhen!!!!</p> <p>Duties:</p> <p>Design or participate in the following research directions:<br>•Machine learning systems<br>•Storage architecture<br>•Cloud computing<br>•Reinforcement learning framework<br>1. Collaborate with researchers and other interns to participate in cutting-edge research projects.<br>2. Design and implement an innovative system to solve practical problems, with a focus on improving the scalability and performance of machine learning applications.<br>3. Perform a comprehensive performance analysis and benchmark test on the existing system, identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.<br>4. Write high-quality scientific papers, technical reports, and documents, and share research results with the academic and industrial communities.<br>5. Optimize and maintain the code library, focusing on performance optimization and integration of the latest advanced technology.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>1. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics and Data Science or other related fields of Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degrees.<br>2. Proficient in C/C++ programming, familiar with Python, Rust, Java or Golang.<br>3. Have solid foundations in operating systems, distributed systems, programming languages, storage systems, databases, and hardware.<br>4. Have experience or knowledge in parallel computing, heterogeneous computing or artificial intelligence, especially in the development/tuning/training or reinforcement learning related to large-scale generative models.<br>5. Familiar with the Linux operating system.<br>6. Proficient in system performance analysis, benchmark testing, and performance optimization.<br>7. Have strong communication skills and team spirit. </p> <p>Preference will be given to those with the following background::<br>1. Perform well in programming competitions (such as ICPC, NOI or similar events).<br>2. Win or be recognized in supercomputer competitions (such as ASC, SC, ISC or similar competitions).<br>3. Have AI framework (such as PyTorch, JAX or TensorFlow) development experience.<br>4. Have CUDA programming, RDMA network programming, and distributed storage system development experience.<br>5. Familiar with computer architecture, including Intel/AMD CPU, I/O subsystem architecture, and PCIe protocol.</p>
