Coordinate operations management, administrative management, and team management to ensure efficient collaboration among departments.

Develop and maintain cross-border e-commerce channel resources, optimize direct sales business model.
Regularly report on business progress and adjust operating strategies based on market dynamics.
Work requirements:
Non-local individuals, holding Hong Kong permanent residency or possessing a high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention in Hong Kong / return to Hong Kong employment arrangement (IANG) and other valid work permits.
Applicants with more than 10 years of management experience, those who have worked at the general manager or business department manager level are preferred.
Proficient in operations management, administrative management and team leadership, with solid practical skills.
Must have direct sales industry and cross-border e-commerce related experience, be fluent in Mandarin, have strong communication and expression skills, be stable in personality, and good at interpersonal interaction.
