Network Control Group Agent (Transportation)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Air Logistics Operations Specialist to join our global network team. This role focuses on managing international shipment bookings and providing operational support to ensure efficient cargo movement through our Central Asia hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage international shipment booking enquiries from across our global network
• Coordinate with airlines to secure cargo space and ensure successful uplift of shipments
• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including regular reporting
• Manage Unit Load Device (ULD) inventory and tracking for the Central Asia hub
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipping activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Post-secondary education, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of customer service or administrative experience
• University graduates in Logistics or Transportation with relevant experience will be considered
• Background in transportation, logistics, airlines, or freight forwarding is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications with good typing skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Putonghua is an advantage
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
• Willing to work 24-hour rotating shifts
