Job Responsibilities

Coordinate with the serving rhythm, assist with plating and quality control, and ensure consistent output and visual presentation standards.
After business hours, perform shutdown operations, including utensil cleaning and return, leftover food labeling and proper storage, garbage classification and removal, and floor and drain cleaning.
Follow kitchen workflow and SOP procedures, and collaborate with other kitchen staff to complete daily 5-6 hours, a total of 5 days of flexible shift tasks (specific time periods are arranged according to the store's needs).

Work requirements

A small amount of relevant work experience, those with basic cooking concepts are especially good.
Have basic sanitation awareness and responsibility, be able to actively maintain personal and environmental hygiene, and cooperate with food safety audit requirements.
Hand dexterity and stable movements, allowing for prolonged standing operations.
Must comply with the weekly 5-day shift schedule (about 5 hours per day), public holidays require overtime, and those who cannot comply long-term please do not apply
