Follow-up clerk/assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily support and maintenance of the company's internal IT systems and software applications, ensuring that all technical tools run smoothly.
• Assist in handling car license plate management-related administrative affairs, including file sorting and archives, customer and supplier communication and data updates.
• Fill out and submit relevant application forms to the Transport Department, ensuring that the documents are accurate and comply with the regulations.
• Coordinate cross-departmental work processes, improve operational efficiency, and regularly report project progress.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize daily operations, such as automated data processing, report generation, and customer communication processes.

Work requirements

• Have good communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Applicants with experience in filling out government forms, especially those of the Transport Department, and familiar with the application process are preferred.
• Have basic knowledge of IT and software applications, be able to quickly master new technologies and apply them to practical work.
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to complete tasks independently and maintain work efficiency under pressure.
• Applicants with a valid driver's license and practical driving experience will be given priority.
