Job Description

Responsibilities:

· IT related technical support duties

· Provide quality IT support services (on-site and remote) to clients

· Assisting and providing installation & technical support services, such as system setup, configuration and proof-of-concept and demonstration to client, etc.

· Troubleshooting and problem analysis

Requirements:

· Diploma or above in computer studies, information technology or related qualifications equivalent

· Familiar with Windows and/or Linux system and server virtualization

· Good organization and coordination ability, excellent service awareness and execution ability, a strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

· Knowledge in SQL, shell script, bash script is preferable

· Knowledge in middleware technologies such as Apache, JBoss and WebSphere is preferable

· Knowledge in Private and Public Cloud Platform is an advantage
