Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for applying for a stablecoin issuer license from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and promoting the implementation of relevant compliance work.
• Develop company strategic direction, coordinate decision-making and promote execution, and ensure the company's long-term stable development.
• Lead and supervise the communication and reporting work with regulatory agencies, and establish good regulatory relationships.
• Responsible for establishing and implementing major risk management and crisis response mechanisms to ensure company operating safety.
• Promote global ecological cooperation and scene expansion, expand the international influence of company business.

Work requirements

• Must be experts in the blockchain technology field, able to innovate, design and promote applications in the areas of blockchain business partition isolation, privacy contract protection, sub-contract engine, trusted data channel, verifiable credentials, and high-performance networking.
• Familiar with global government regulatory policies and financial institution operating modes, with at least two overseas regions of financial institution operating experience.
• Having rich domestic large enterprise stable currency scene application customer resources, which can effectively promote business landing.
• Have excellent strategic decision-making, leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Have a high sense of responsibility and stress resistance, and be able to maintain high execution efficiency in a high-stress work environment.
