Job Description

  • Handling all activities relevant to the Front Desk, such as the reception, check-in/out, rooming of all hotel guests, and assisting guests with inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.

  • Relevant experience in hotel front desk operation.

  • Willing to work on shift

  • Good communication, Energetic, intelligent and independent

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
