Responsibilities:
1. For students with a mainland background, conduct DSE English course teaching work, with a focus on English teaching tasks in Years 5 and 6. Based on the learning characteristics and needs of mainland students, design personalized and highly targeted teaching plans to effectively help students improve their DSE English scores.
2. Monitor students’ learning progress, regularly evaluate their learning outcomes, and adjust teaching methods and strategies in a timely manner.
1. Familiar with the learning habits, knowledge base and cultural background of mainland students, and able to teach according to their abilities.
3. Priority will be given to those with DSE English and IELTS English teaching experience, who can flexibly use different teaching methods to meet students’ diverse learning needs.
4. Examination experience: It is best for students to have experience in participating in DSE examinations, based on which they can gain in-depth understanding of the DSE English examination rules, question type design, scoring standards and difficulty distribution, and provide accurate preparation guidance to students.
5. Language ability: Fluent in Mandarin, ensure smooth and efficient communication and exchange with mainland students and parents, and accurately convey teaching content and related information
