Overseas fund operation

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><br><br>1. Responsible for the product design of overseas funds, including the writing, registration and acceptance of fund contracts and related transaction documents. <br>2. Provide investors with a full range of contracting services, handle investors’ daily needs in the post-investment stage, and ensure professional customer service is provided.<br>3. Interface with investors and operations team, collect and follow up application and redemption data of products.<br>4. Responsible for drafting and reviewing the necessary letters in the fund sales process.<br>5. Regularly sort and feedback various types of report data, analyze and summarize the data, and propose improvement suggestions to optimize operating processes.<br>6. Maintain good relations with customers, promptly address their inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.<br><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><br>1. Bachelor's degree or above, economic, financial, management background is preferred. <br>2. Have 1 to 2 years of overseas fund operation-related work experience.<br>3. Familiar with overseas fund-related regulatory laws and regulations as well as cross-border transaction structures. <br>4. Holders of a fund industry qualification certificate will be given priority. <br>5. Have the ability to communicate fluently in English through email, and be able to handle daily English exchanges in the workplace.<br><br><br></p>
