About my client
My client is a start up financial firm focusing in SME lending business in Hong Kong. For further expansion, they are looking for a strategic and proactive individual to join their digital marketing team for an Assistant Manager position.

About the job
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Head, you will develop and implement targeted client acquisition strategies and enhance portfolio of clients through a multi-channel approach. You have to assist sales team in building a network of ecosystem partners (including brokers, fintech platforms, and payment providers) to secure a consistent sales pipeline. You will also be tasked with designing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, blending digital performance channels with impactful offline events and webinars to drive loans product growth. Utilizing advanced CRM and analytics, you will meticulously track performance, measure ROI, and optimize the customer journey for maximum conversion. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the AI and data science teams to leverage business-specific insights, so as to continuously refining our customer segmentation, pricing models, and relationship building in driving growth in SME loans market.


For successful applicant
-Degree holder with minimum 3 years sales and digital marketing experience in financial industry preferred.
-Good knowledge in using CRM and analytics tools to perform digital performance analysis, such as Google Analytics.
-Strong communications skills, multi-tasking and able to work independently.
-Immediate available is absolutely an advantage.
