Large model algorithm expert

Job Description:

1. Drive the technical development of large-scale video generation models, including algorithm innovation, engineering implementation, and system evaluation, etc.

2. Participate in the product landing of the large-scale video generation model, including optimization of large-scale model inference efficiency, feedback-based algorithm optimization, etc.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, with at least 5 years of algorithm development experience, natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation algorithms, advertising algorithms, search algorithms, etc. are preferred;

2. Excellent programming skills, proficient in Python/C++, familiar with PyTorch distributed training.

3. Familiar with cutting-edge neural network architectures (Transformer, ViT, CLIP, DiT) and have practical hands-on experience.

4. Have good product thinking, and be proactive in pushing algorithmic capabilities forward in product exploration and landing, addressing user and product issues by actively stepping out of the algorithmic perspective and driving solutions.

4. In-depth research in at least one of the following areas is preferred: Diffusion Model, GAN, VAE, image and video generation, video editing, multimodal content understanding;

5. Familiar with text understanding, generation, etc. NLP algorithms, with LLM model optimization and application practical experience is preferred;

6. Publication in top academic journals (ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) or achieving excellent rankings in large international competitions is preferred.

7. Be sensitive to data and business, and be proactive in analyzing business product data mining optimization items, and be full of enthusiasm for solving challenging problems, with strong innovation and abstraction abilities. Have excellent communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
