Key Responsibilities:

1. EA Service Standardization
   1.1 Define and specify the EA Service Catalogue;
   1.2 Establish systematic governance for EA services, encompassing formats, templates, records, metadata, and labels.
2. Alignment and Standardization of Application Lifecycle Processes
   2.1 Align high-level processes spanning from strategy to go-live and operation;
   2.2 Conduct in-depth analysis of processes and scenarios to clarify workflows;
   2.3 Transform the current model—characterized by multiple touchpoints and information redundancy across processes from ideation to project go-live—into an "All-In-One" structured service request.
3. Tooling for Application Lifecycle and Process Management
   3.1 Utilize "LeanIX," an enterprise management tool, to support end-to-end application lifecycle management and overall architecture governance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English communication;
• Senior-level or above;
• Technical background;
• Relevant EA experience or strong interest in EA work;
• Familiarity with LeanIX.
