Job Responsibilities
Provide professional fitness consultation and comprehensive body evaluation for members, including body fat percentage, muscle strength, flexibility, and cardiorespiratory function, etc. basic measurement and analysis
According to each customer's health status, lifestyle habits, and specific goals (such as weight loss, muscle gain, body posture correction, or sports rehabilitation), tailor a safe, scientific, and sustainable personalized training plan
Execute one-on-one personal training, semi-private small group training (2-4 people) and theme-based group courses (such as core strengthening, functional training, fat burning cycle, etc.), focusing on movement quality, progress tracking and participation experience
The co-operative gym manager maintains the overall operation of the fitness area, responsible for daily equipment inspections, cleaning and maintenance, safety inspections and consumable replenishment, ensuring that the facilities meet the hygiene and safety standards
Work requirements
Holding a recognized organization's private coaching qualification certificate (such as NASM, ACE, NSCA, HKPFA or equivalent), and having a valid first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR/AED) certificate
Familiar with common training methods and sports physiology principles, able to flexibly adjust teaching strategies and training intensity based on different age groups and special needs groups (such as sedentary office workers, postpartum women, and the elderly)
Have fluent Cantonese communication skills, be able to give clear explanations, action demonstrations and feedback in Mandarin and basic English
Emphasize service quality, have empathy, sense of responsibility, self-discipline, and continuous learning awareness, and be able to actively observe member needs and provide appropriate support
Secondary School Diploma or above; no need for relevant work experience, fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply; must demonstrate proactive, reliable and good team spirit
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong; working hours are from 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm, working six days a week (Monday to Saturday)
