Job Description

Working hours: 9:00 to 6:30

Variable work week
Long week: return for one week (Monday to Saturday) (Sunday off)
Short week: return to work for 5 days next week, need shift work (Sunday is always off)

Job Responsibilities:

Document processing: The main responsibility is to use the computer system to open delivery orders and orders, and to verify and print them to ensure accurate delivery.
Inventory Management: Responsible for updating and maintaining warehouse inventory records to ensure that computer stock data is consistent with actual warehouse stock.
Scheduling and coordination: Assist in scheduling the disassembly of cargo containers, and coordinate with relevant departments on loading and unloading matters.
Administrative work: Process daily administrative work, including file archiving, data input, and simple communication with customers and suppliers,
Superior assignment: Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Grade Five (DSE) or above academic qualifications.
Understand basic computer operations and be familiar with Microsoft Office (such as Word, Excel) applications.
Chinese typing skills, with general office processing abilities
Careful and responsible, sensitive to numbers.
Have good communication skills and team spirit.
Applicants with warehouse-related work experience
