Responsible for the sales and promotion of overseas physical commercial digital solution, covering commercial real estate, chain retail and other key industry customers' development and landing.
Based on the company's overall marketing strategy, independently plan the annual and quarterly sales plans for the area under its jurisdiction, and lead the execution to achieve the sales target.
Establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with high-level management of overseas customers (such as CIO, CTO, Operations Director, etc.), enhance the brand's professional image and trustworthiness in the target market.
Proactively collect overseas market dynamics, competitive landscape, customer pain points and technical trends, regularly output analysis reports, and collaborate with product, market and technical teams to optimize solution and localization promotion strategy.
Coordinate cross-functional resources and drive the full cycle of business expansion from opportunity identification, solution demonstration, contract negotiation to project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, information technology, business management, marketing or related fields are preferred; 1 to 3 years of overseas B2B sales or business development experience, those with business digital transformation, retail informatization or big data application projects are especially good.
Familiar with commercial real estate operating modes or retail brand digitalization needs, able to accurately understand customer scenarios and propose targeted solutions.
Have excellent high-level communication and influence skills, be able to independently face international customers to make English proposals, technical dialogues and business negotiations, and demonstrate strategic thinking and business sensitivity.
Strong execution, goal-oriented, able to autonomously plan progress, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate efficiently with internal and external teams in a multicultural environment.
Fluent in English as a working language, with Mandarin and Cantonese communication skills; must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meeting the legal requirements for full-time employment in the city.
