Air conditioning - technical group leader $30k-32k

Responsible for the planning, operation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, ensuring equipment safety and reliability, and optimizing system performance to achieve high efficiency, safety, energy saving and environmental protection goals.

• Management and maintenance of air conditioning systems (central condenser, ventilation system, pump, water tower and split unit).
• Develop and monitor maintenance strategies, and process daily repair documents.
• Monitor the performance of the house automatic control system and the contractor.
• Coordinate maintenance engineering to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Handling emergency situations and executing other facility-related tasks.

• Electrical/Mechanical/Building Equipment Engineering Certificate/Diploma or equivalent academic qualifications.
• Electrical and Mechanical Services Department A-grade or above electrical engineering personnel registration certificate.
• Hong Kong driving license and safety card.
• 15 years of central air conditioning system maintenance experience (5 years of supervision experience).
• Familiarity with the Maximo system is preferred.
• Preference will be given to those who have completed recognized apprenticeship training.
