Job Description

Indoor golf simulator store manager
Job Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for the daily operation and management of the Aquila Square Mile indoor golf simulator store at Leo House · Xiyan, including business planning, service process optimization and on-site supervision, to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experiences.

  • Coordinate team human resources, lead employee recruitment, training, scheduling and performance evaluation, and build a service team with high cohesion and professionalism.

  • Monitor revenue target achievement, analyze sales data and customer behavior, develop promotion strategies and membership management plans, and enhance repeat purchase rate and average consumption amount.

  • Maintain the stability of the venue's equipment, coordinate technical support and maintenance arrangements, and ensure that the golf simulation system, audiovisual equipment and spatial environment are always in the best state.

  • Represent the store and the community, cooperate with brands and media to maintain a positive interaction, plan theme activities, experience days and corporate block bookings, etc., and continuously expand local influence and customer base.


Work requirements

  • Have ten or more years of on-site management experience in retail, leisure and entertainment, and high-end service industries, those with sports and leisure, golf or simulation technology related field experience are preferred.

  • Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate and provide customer service fluently in Mandarin and basic English, with cross-cultural collaboration awareness and expression ability.

  • Have the ability to independently plan and execute operational solutions, familiar with KPI setting, financial statement interpretation and cost control logic, and able to balance service quality and operating benefits.

  • Stable and proactive personality, high sense of responsibility and stress resistance, able to adapt to shift arrangements (10:00 to 20:00 daily, specific working days can be negotiated and adjusted according to business needs).
