Mandarin-speaking customer service officer (5 days work)

Position:

· Place orders, pick up orders, exchange orders, inquire and complain at the customer service center for members

· Understand how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese input method

Requirements:

· Second 5 or above

· Have conversational skills in Cantonese and Mandarin

· Politeness and good communication skills

Benefits:

· HK$13,000 - 16,000 /month

· Monday to Friday

· Double pay at the end of the year
