Jiangxi Sizzling Chef, Store Manager, Waiter and Takeout Delivery Cooperation
Job Responsibilities
Execute takeout orders, verify receipts, pack and safely deliver them on time, familiar with local delivery routes and platform operations (such as Foodpanda, Deliveroo, HKTVmall, etc.), ensure food temperature and integrity (applicable to takeout delivery cooperation position)
Comply with food safety regulations, sanitation ordinances, and fire requirements, implement daily cleaning and disinfection and record-keeping, and ensure compliance with business operations
Work requirements
Chefs are required to have practical experience in Chinese hot and spicy cuisine, familiar with the flavor and characteristics of Jiangxi cuisine (such as Gan nan small stir-fry, Poyang Lake fish delicacy, rice noodle main course, etc.), and able to complete the preparation, cooking and serving process independently; those with valid Hong Kong food industry license or those who can cooperate to apply for one are preferred.
The store manager must have at least 2 years of on-the-job restaurant management experience, basic financial concepts and team leadership skills, and the ability to cope with peak operating pressures and maintain service consistency
Servers need to have good communication skills and service awareness, be quick to respond, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment; have basic Cantonese conversational skills, and those who understand Mandarin are even better
All positions must have a sense of responsibility, team spirit, and a willingness to learn, and be willing to accept training in Jiangxi cuisine culture and operating standards
Valid Hong Kong identity card or legal work visa, immediate employment is preferred
