Execute the daily store data cleaning system, verify sales flow, health supplement sales, card balance and all-employee performance data to ensure clear accounts and real-time synchronization. Regularly review customer consumption, conversion, repeat purchase, and human efficiency core data to iterate and optimize sales and customer maintenance strategies, and complete data reporting and filing on time.
6. Store service risk control and reputation maintenance
Coordinate the handling of customer inquiries, after-sales and customer complaints, and quickly solve service gaps. Unify and standardize the service standards and behaviors of all employees, strictly control service quality, and guard the high-end brand image and community reputation of the store.
