Job Description

The position will participate in marketing activity execution, customer acquisition and brand promotion, driving business growth and enhancing market influence.

Main responsibilities

1. Marketing execution and customer acquisition

• Execute B2B marketing activities (online and offline)

• Assist in optimizing marketing conversion processes

2. Content and market communication

• Create and localize marketing content for the Korean market

• Support social media, email marketing and promotion activities

• Ensure brand information consistency

3. Market analysis and optimization

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis

• Analyze marketing data and propose optimization suggestions

• Support data-driven marketing decisions

4. Cross-departmental collaboration

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive marketing strategies

• Support customer acquisition and event execution

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project progress

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Korean and Chinese

• 2–4 years of market-related experience (B2B preferred)

• Familiar with digital marketing and customer acquisition methods

• Good communication and content expression skills

• Have data analysis skills

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

• Acceptable to work in Malaysia

• Have SaaS, game or internet industry experience

• Have B2B marketing or growth experience

• Familiar with marketing tools (CRM, data analysis tools, etc.)

• Have international market experience
