Visa Specialist (Contractor)

<p>Main responsibilities<br>1. Responsible for employee work visa application, renewal and change, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and process requirements.<br>2. Provide professional visa counseling and process guidance to the department, and be able to provide legal and feasible employment solution advice to the business department based on case-by-case situations. <br>3. Systematically manage employee visa files, proactively track expiration dates, and initiate renewal processes in advance to effectively prevent compliance risks.<br>4. Actively collaborate with the human resources team and business departments to handle other visa-related matters and ensure a smooth process.</p><p></p><p>Job Requirements<br>1. Have new application and renewal work experience in the field of visa services (Talent Scheme, High Talent Scheme, Iang, etc.).<br>2. Fluent in English reading and writing, able to handle English files with ease.<br>3. Solid personality, attention to details, and high sense of responsibility. <br><br>5. New immigrants who speak Cantonese are given priority (local speakers of Mandarin are preferred).<br>6. Have rich experience in cooperation with the Hong Kong Immigration Department, and those who have established good cooperative relations and communication channels with the Immigration Department are preferred.</p>
