Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for integrating and coordinating internal and external resources, accurately matching customer needs and various immigration policies, and providing professional sales support and strategic advice.
Lead the full process management of investment immigration projects, including customer qualification evaluation, scheme design, file preparation guidance, submission follow-up and approval progress tracking.
For high-caliber talent pass, outstanding talent plan, etc. Hong Kong talent introduction policies, provide customers with renewal planning and compliance support to ensure compliance with the Immigration Department's latest requirements and time nodes.
Collaborate with legal, financial, language training partners, build a one-stop service chain, and enhance customer conversion rate and satisfaction.

Work requirements

Applicants with at least 3 years of experience in immigration consulting, cross-border education consulting or international sales, familiar with mainstream projects such as Hong Kong's High Talent Pass, Outstanding Talent Pass, and Investment Immigration (such as Portugal's Golden Visa, Greece's Golden Visa, and Canada's Quebec Investment Immigration), are preferred.
Proficient in written and oral expression in Chinese and English, able to independently write policy interpretation briefs, customer proposals and contract documents; those who are fluent in Cantonese are preferred.
Have strong customer demand insight and cross-cultural communication skills, and be good at handling complex cases and multi-level decision-making processes of high net worth clients.
Familiar with the basic framework of immigration law, able to accurately identify policy risks and compliance boundaries, and effectively collaborate with licensed lawyers or official agencies.
Have a goal-oriented mindset and team collaboration spirit, be able to withstand business pressure, adapt to phased travel and cross-time zone customer meeting arrangements.
