Digital Marketing Executive (Based in Hong Kong)

As we accelerate our market expansion and deepen our digital service capabilities, we are now seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team, supporting the achievement of marketing targets and driving brand value growth.</p><p>Job responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and produce high-quality digital content, including EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), leaflets, and promotional videos, to effectively showcase the features and advantages of the company’s products.</li><li>Design, launch, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns—such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), webinars, and offline seminars—to meet core objectives of lead generation and brand awareness enhancement.</li><li>Oversee the aftersales service document workflow, ensure process standardization, and generate regular performance reports to analyze campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven optimization suggestions.</li><li>Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of the company’s customer database, update customer information regularly, and support targeted marketing strategies and customer relationship management. </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements for The Successful Applicant</strong></p><ul><li>Possess a minimum of 1 year of account servicing experience in the digital marketing industry, with a clear understanding of industry operating rules and customer service processes.</li><li>Have hands-on experience in ad campaign deployment, post-launch optimization, and data analysis—able to interpret data to adjust strategies and improve campaign performance.</li><li>Demonstrate competence in managing branding-oriented and performance-driven partners or clients, aligning their needs with the company’s marketing goals to achieve mutual success.</li><li>Master key digital marketing tools and software: be proficient in Google Analytics, SEM platforms, and social media management tools; and skilled in MS 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and Canva.</li><li>Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., product, sales) and external partners to ensure smooth project progress.</li><li>Be target-oriented, self-motivated, confident, and outgoing—able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and proactively tackle challenges.</li><li>Experience in using AI tools for digital marketing purposes(e.g., AI content generation tools, AI-powered data analysis platforms, or AI marketing automation tools) is required.</li></ul><p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><p>If you are eager to grow in the digital marketing field and meet the above requirements, please send your updated resume to HR – hr@acw-group.com.hk with the email subject line marked as "Application for Digital Marketing Executive".</p><p>Alfa Cloud is an equal opportunity employer.
