Data Analyst

Duties:

1. Activity full chain data analysis and monitoring: including pre-event effect estimation, real-time activity detection during launch, and post-event follow-up and review

2. CRM Strategy Design and User Segmentation: Use data to perform reasonable user slicing and clustering, design node strategies to strengthen user node operating effects, and perform data analysis and tracking

3. Feedback and follow-up on data results: Based on data results, push for operational adjustments to be implemented and corrected.

Requirements:

1. Data ability: Proficient in using ThinkingData (best), Tableau or PowerBI to build visual dashboards;

2. Analytical skills: Deep understanding of core gaming industry metrics (NGR, GGR, LTV, ROI, Churn Rate, RTP, etc.), with experience in building data models is best;

3. Revisit and output capability: able to output logically clear requirement documents (PRD) and revisit reports.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, statistics, mathematics, computer science or related fields are preferred

2. Have game industry or high-frequency trading-type products (such as finance, e-commerce, casual games) data analysis or user operation experience or internship experience

3. Strong self-motivation & logical ability with result-oriented
