Job details
1. Strategy leadership and business operations: Develop development strategies and annual business plans for the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan markets, with a focus on market share, brand positioning and profitability;
2. Brand building and marketing: shaping brand image, driving growth and customer relationships, market insight and data-driven marketing, etc.;
3. Retail operations and customer experience: Fully responsible for the retail direct sales outlets within the region, ensuring that they provide brand-positioning-based, excellent and consistent customer experiences;
4. Team leadership and organizational development: Lead, motivate and develop a team that covers retail, marketing, sales, business development, etc.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in English, with overseas work experience preferred;
2. Have more than three years of marketing background or have served as market director, marketing director or business responsible for other important positions;
3. Have jewelry industry work experience, deeply understand and be passionate about jewelry products. Familiar with the consumption psychology and service mode of high net worth customers.
