Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary

The Junior Business Analyst will support the company’s business development and operational improvement by conducting analysis based on existing business performance, workflow, and development plans. The role also requires the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance data analysis, automate routine tasks, and support decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business operations, workflows, and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• Utilize AI tools to support data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.

• Assist in preparing business reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, including using AI to gather insights efficiently.

• Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Finance, IT) to gather requirements and understand business needs.

• Support the development and enhancement of business processes, SOPs, and internal systems.

• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of new initiatives or projects through data analysis and performance tracking.

• Maintain accurate documentation of business requirements, process maps, and analysis findings.

• Provide administrative and analytical support to senior analysts and management as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Economics Analysis or related discipline.

• Fresh graduates welcome.

• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, data analysis, or similar roles.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or other analytics tools is an advantage.

• Ability to use AI tools to support research, analysis, documentation, and workflow automation.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

• Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
