Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operations in the kitchen, including staff scheduling, shift assignments, and personnel deployment, to ensure sufficient manpower and smooth collaboration at all times
Monitor food procurement, storage and use processes, strictly control material loss and cost expenses, regularly inventory and optimize inventory management
Completely implement food safety, sanitation standards and operating procedures, regularly inspect equipment, environment and personal hygiene, and ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Food and Environmental Hygiene Department and the company's internal audit requirements
Proactively handle customer complaints and feedback, collaborate with front-line teams to improve service experiences, and continuously enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation
Support the operations team in implementing company policies, new product promotion and seasonal marketing activities, assist in analyzing sales data and proposing menu optimization suggestions, and drive steady growth in revenue
Requirements:
Have at least 3 years of experience in managing the kitchen of a chain restaurant or a high-end restaurant, those with team management experience are preferred
Familiar with the Hong Kong Food Safety Ordinance, Factory and Industrial Undertaking (Catering) Regulations, etc. related laws and regulations, and holding valid "Food Safety Certificate" and "Fire Safety Certificate" is recommended
Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to coordinate daily work and understand documents in Mandarin and basic English
Have problem-solving skills and resilience, be able to quickly assess the situation and make effective decisions during busy periods
