Main work responsibilities:
- Employee activities and corporate culture
- Assist in the planning, preparation and execution of company employee activities (such as holiday celebrations, birthday parties, team building activities, etc.).
- Responsible for purchasing activity supplies, venue setup, on-site support, and post-event cleanup.
- Office reception and meeting management
- Support daily meeting management, including meeting room reservation, equipment setup and tea preparation.
- Assist in receiving visiting guests and creating a professional and friendly first impression of the company.
- Assist in the daily operation of the office, ensure a clean and orderly office environment.
- Follow up and report office infrastructure issues (such as lighting, air conditioning, access control, etc.)
- Assist in managing office space layout, work station arrangement, etc.
- Office supplies and asset procurement management
- Maintain procurement inventory list, regular inventory, ensure sufficient supplies.
- Assist in the initial sourcing and bidding of suppliers.
- Process procurement-related expenses, learn cost control awareness.
