Layout Specialist

Duties include:

According to relevant laws and regulations and customer requirements, we will do file formatting and beautification work for each stage of the IPO listing project to meet the customer's requirements and the acceptance standards of the regulatory agency.

1. Use office software to format and create modified versions of file documents;

2. Independently complete chart creation and conversion of different format documents;

3. Complete production tasks on time while ensuring product quality;

4. Pay attention to customer feedback on layout issues and make corresponding improvements;

5. Able to fully understand customer needs, meet customer layout requirements, create modification files, and expand new layout business.

Qualifications:

1. College degree, with English as a basic preference;

2. Familiar with computer operations, must be familiar with Indesign layout software; Photoshop image processing software is better;

3. Chinese and English typing;

4. Accept shift work and night shifts, flexible work schedule;

Shifts: One week on, one week off, about one week of night shifts per month, rotating shifts, monthly 8 days off, early shift: 9:00-18:00, mid shift: 11:00-20:00, 14:00-22:00, late shift: 22:00-8:00.
