Job Description
Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the front desk reception work of the communication center, including welcoming visiting guests, answering telephones and handling on-site inquiries, and presenting a professional, friendly, and polite service image
  • Coordinate and manage customer reservations (Booking) matters, covering new reservation registration, time changes, cancellations and re-arrangements, ensuring real-time and accurate updates in the reservation system
  • Assist in the maintenance and management of various electronic documents within the company, including patient registration forms, appointment records, internal communication memos, etc., and execute classification, archiving and regular backups according to specifications
  • Support colleagues with attendance-related administrative affairs, such as sorting attendance records, assisting in verifying shift data, submitting personnel required documents, etc., ensuring smooth human resources operations
  • Proficiently operate the information system designated by the center, including the appointment management platform, internal OA system, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.), and regularly check the system operation status, and report any abnormalities immediately to the upper level

Work requirements

  • Secondary school graduation or above, with basic Chinese reading and writing abilities; Cantonese is a must, and those who can communicate daily in Mandarin and simple English are preferred
  • At least one year of front desk reception, medical institution administration or clerical work experience; familiar with medical service processes and personal information privacy and confidentiality principles are preferred
  • Have good communication skills and emotional management ability, and be able to maintain patience, attention to detail, and proactive service awareness during busy periods
  • Proficient in using the Windows operating system, Excel and Word for data input, organization and printing; those with basic database or appointment system operation experience are given additional points
  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks independently, while also providing flexible support to cross-functional administrative collaboration based on team needs
