Overseas Business Director

<p>Key Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Develop and implement procurement and sales strategies for international trade, expanding markets in Mainland China, Peru, and globally. </li><li>Manage negotiations, contract execution, and relationship maintenance with overseas suppliers and clients to ensure efficient operations.</li><li>Oversee international trade processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., customs and import/export regulations).</li><li>Lead multinational teams, fostering cross-cultural communication and collaboration to enhance team efficiency and business outcomes.</li><li>Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to provide data-driven business decision recommendations.</li><li>Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth execution of procurement and sales activities, achieving performance targets.</li></ul><p>Requirements: </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Management, International Trade, Economics, or related fields.</li><li>At least5 years of experience in international trade or overseas business management, preferably in the mineral or related industries.</li><li>Fluent in English and Mandarin, proficiency in Spanish is a plus (for communication with Peruvian partners).</li><li>Familiar with international trade procedures, contract management, and overseas business operations, with experience in managing international enterprises.</li><li>Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, leadership, and independent decision-making abilities, adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.</li></ul>
