Asset Management Company 1.4.9 License Holder

Responsibilities:
1. Become a Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) recognized RO, assist the company's RO listing, prepare application materials, and answer SFC inquiries;
2. Timely understand the local and international regulatory requirements related to financial assets, lead or cooperate with the company to complete various compliance management tasks;
3. Perform the responsibilities of the responsible person, timely apply and communicate with the supervisory department, and maintain relationships;
4. Collaborate with outsourcing agencies to complete the company's financial and auditing work.
Requirements:
1. Pass the relevant local regulatory framework exam, with experience as a licensed responsible person of Hong Kong financial institutions 1/4/9 license, as well as substantive business management experience;
2. Familiar with domestic and foreign financial markets, familiar with Hong Kong's capital market and the policies and regulations of the Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission;
3. Have Hong Kong permanent residency/work visa/IANG.
