Accounting Officer

Responsibilities and scope
1. Responsible for providing daily financial support, fund management, and tax compliance matters to Hong Kong and Chinese mainland companies;
2. Process daily expenses Reimbursement, contract and invoice review, vouchers and various contract documents Archiving;
3. Process the full set of Hong Kong company accounts, including accounting, invoice preparation, and month-end closing;
4. Responsible for daily client funds segregation;
5. Prepare daily/monthly fiscal resource rules and financial statement (FRR) for submission to the regulator and Securities and Futures Commission (SFC);

7. Maintain and develop the company's cooperative relations with banks and other financial institutions;
8. Complete other financial tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, finance, and investment;
2. More than five years of experience in the securities and financial services industry, familiar with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) regulations;
3. Familiar with 1, 4, 9 license company related accounting work experience;
4. Proficient in using the EXCEL system and AD settlement system (BOS) is preferred;
5. Love and actively learn new knowledge and technologies in the financial services industry;
6. Have a valid Hong Kong work visa, can long-term office in Hong Kong;
7. Have good English reading and writing skills.
