Mangement Trainee ( Bilingual )

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for all aspects of marketing, events management & public relations;
• Provide administrative support including procurement processing & material sourcing;
• Coordinating media tours, marketing events and exhibitions to maximize position public image;
• Assist in the production of marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, leaflets, posters and flyers;
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines;
• Minimum 1 years’ event management experience in sizable firms or agencies;
• Sound knowledge in promotion, public relations and event management;
• Proven English and Chinese proficiency;
• Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing;
• Strong communication, presentation, project management & interpersonal skills with good business & numerical sense.
